Terms of Sale

Sale will be initiated and a production allotment assigned after the receipt of an initial deposit.  The deposit will consist of 10 percent of the total sale price of all items purchased.  Dynatorch will then project, based on its best estimate, a production completion time.  The balance of the full purchase price will be due prior to shipping or pickup.

Customers financing through external capital providers are subject to the same terms.  Arrangements by those capital providers for inspections will be made prior to shipping or delivery.  Inspections will be made at our factory. Dynatorch will be advised by the capital provider at least one week prior to shipping or pickup as to inspection requirements and expected administrative details.
