Retrofits anyone?
Since the Dynatorch software is so great, we often get requests to install our system on other machines. This is not only easy but is also much less expensive than the “big guys” systems. Our drives can be adapted to both singe and dual drive machines. As always, it includes our integrated arc voltage torch height control in every system. Servo motors from 400 watt to 750 watt are available allowing us to push even the big machines with ease.
The encoders are built right on top of the motors eliminating the need for separate mounting. The Z axis slide has a 4” travel but special long slides are available. We work with air or water cooled plasma units. Check with us for compatibility on some of those old dogs.
Of course many of our accessories may be installed as well. Laser locator, crash protection, scribe, touch screen and so on. This brings you old dead or troublesome system back to life for another round for a lot less cash than replacing it. We have done retrofits on most other brand machines like:
